After searching for a venue for a work Christmas Party in central London I came across this venue by chance.

From the first enquiry to the actual party, I received excellent service throughout. This was a perfect venue for a party.

New to Casinos, my colleagues and I were treated to a demo of the Roulette table with some special prizes. This made the evening very entertaining and something different. The food was very good value. Tt surpassed our expectations, with a good choice for a 3 course menu and all colleagues complemented how good the food was including the fussy eaters!

Beforehand we had contacted on short notice with a difficult ask, Zac was in control of the situation at all times and gave feedback throughout which kept us with peace of mind. The end result was exactly what we were looking for which couldn't have happened without the effort and perseverance of the great staff.

Russell Square Grosvenor Casino also known as Stakis casino has been one of my favourite casinos for many years and still is. Hospitable and friendly personnel, excellent bar service at the bar and to players at the gaming tables and machines. Good food and a good range of menu selections both, at the bar and in the restaurant.

Went on for a look around and a quick bite before a movie. Lovely casino and not as busy as the other 2 on leicester Square so made the evening nicer. Used the backstage bar which is hidden away on the 2nd floor. Great views from the bar and food was nice drinks reasonably priced as well. If you want a more relaxed drink and bite to eat I really recommend this place.

Was a brilliant view with a massive screen and amazing plush surroundings. Staff were really friendly and had a great time. The only complaint was that the oackage itself was supposed to include £15 per person to use at the bar.

There is a bar tucked away next to the balcony upstairs, for years I've visited the casino and only now realised this gem is there, we were looked after by the wonderful Agi, a true master of her craft as far as cocktail mixing goes, when we asked for cocktails she suggested her own blend, and another couple were drinking them and they fully recommended, so we ordered 4 and another 8 after that, the attention to detail by Agi was perfect, a wonderful host and talkative as well which we all enjoyed.

Walking in I was amazed by the interior of the casino once I started looking at the gaming facilities I was left disappointed. All the slot machines seemed old-fashioned compared to other casinos in the area. Per Gambling Commission restrictions, these machines seem limited for the property as well. The casino floor was busy at the roulette and blackjack tables. Plenty of waiters and the food looked good, even though I didn't order on this occasion.

Out of all London casinos I have visited, this was the one I was most disappointed with - solely down to the lack of newer slot games. Night out in London. Went in here with friends after a show.
