I would be down I thought that the machines at the end of March were just tightened and that it would change soon. My games were video poker for the most part. In February and some in March, it was hard to find one of those machines open at any time of the day or night. Now its a ghost area, no one is over there. At this point Im now close to Elite status which i made a couple of weeks ago and its even worse.

I lose pretty much every time I put my card in the machine. I was there the last couple of nights and the girl next to me said she no longer uses a card. Also Elite status. She said do the math, the food comp and free play isnt worth what you lose, especially if your local. Now, she can play for awhile and either be up money or break even. Its disappointing but my boyfriend and I decided we are better off going to Vegas, we play off the strip and never a problem receiving complimentary rooms.

I have spent more and lost at Hard Rock in 4 months member card to Elite then the past 3 years at all other casinos combined. Once you do start losing I feel they bank on the idea that you will continue to come for the hopes of your winning streak again. My advice if you go to the Hard Rock dont get a players card, dont expect to win anything big. I really hope you do but dont expect it. We have been to casino's all over the country from coast to coast so we have seen a lot of casino's. This was our third trip to this casino and there's some good good and some bad. I would normally start with the positives but for this review I have a reason for starting out with the negatives first.

On our first night I was testing the waters and being conservative in the amount of money I was betting, and I was burning through money fast. So much so that I had to quit. The casino was very crowded as expected on a Saturday night and it was hard to endure the smoke. The upstairs non smoking area is very small and the games are not as good so that didn't keep me interested for long.

On our second day a Thursday during the day I couldn't tell any difference from the Saturday night! It was packed! As I said earlier I've been in a lot of casinos and I have never been in a smokier casino anywhere. It was so bad I wore a mask! I did get more aggressive in my bets and won a decent amount. We went back the next day and I won even more but again betting a lot more. So the reason for the low rating on this casino is clearly they can afford to upgrade their ventilation system because it is not cutting it!

They have put a lot of money into this casino and it's nice except for the unbearable amount of smoke. They have a long way to go to compete with Vegas casinos where the smoke is not nearly this bad. Love it - Hate it!! My wife and I visit the Casino about twice a month. Normally it's for my wife to play the slots while I chill out at the bar and drink some wine and have a cigar. There are lot's of games available to customers along with a variety of restaurants, shops, and even occasional music concerts.

Nice place to visit and my wife loves it, but my wallet is usually lighter when we leave hate it! Spotless Casino. A few years ago before the pandemic, I wrote a review complaining about how filthy the slot machines were with spills, ashes, empty bottles etc.

The rooms are very nice. Clean, comfortable and good sized. I was looking forward to staying here and now probably will never stay here again and I would for sure never gamble here. Which obviously is what casinos want to do but, they take the fun out of playing when you have zero chance … save your money go to Vegas if you want to gamble or even head down to Hollywood Florida Hardrock where at least you have a chance of not emptying your pockets and can enjoy playing.
